Most communication scenarios offer an opportunity to promote empathy, attraction and leadership. Our coaching model delivers techniques for the creation of messages which suit the purpose, rehearsal techniques to perform them confidently and the skill to communicate with empathy. We focus on preparing both the message and the messenger.
Objectives:
Impact, Communication and Advanced Personal Presentation Skills coaching will help you develop the skills you already have and provide further techniques to ensure your message reaches your audience and is remembered in the way you intend. We all want to communicate in a way that makes an impact, but it's making the impact you want rather than making one by accident that's important.
The course structure is designed to flexibly respond to the needs of the individual delegate. Within this programme you will learn to:
1. Be aware of your own strengths, weaknesses and personal development goals.
2. Address your limiting-beliefs and create strategies for expanding beyond them.
3. Present yourself with greater impact.
4. Develop strategies for building confidence and anchoring success.
5. Develop your voice and speech to communicate more powerfully.
6. Develop methods for creating a successful message.
7. Develop a method of rehearsal and practise to imbed confidence, fluidity, communication and memory.
Everyone will work through aspects of preparing The Message and The Messenger. The Messenger elements will look at thinking-patterns and preparation processes which either enhance or undermine your communication skills. The Message elements will focus on the techniques for preparing and creating the message, the method of rehearsing it and the process of developing your impact.
