Tidworth Book your Stand
For organisations interested in exhibiting at the Tidworth 2012 Careers Transition Event, several packages are available depending on your requirements and what you hope to achieve from the event. Our booking form for Tidworth 2012 is available to download and we also have one opportunity for a Corporate Event Sponsor.
Exhibitor Packages
We have exhibition stands available at different prices, please see below an indication of the stand pricing. At Tidworth stands go on a first come, first served basis. The floorplan is available to download here. If you wish to exhibit at the event, contact the BFRS team on 0845 308 2406.
Cancellations received on or after 1st September 2012 are not entitled to a refund and the full stand fee is chargeable.
The Event Guide
Organisations (both exhibitors and non exhibitors) are offered the opportunity to purchase advertising space within the Tidworth 2012 Event Guide. These guides are distributed to every attendee. If you do not have an advert available we can design one for you. At the previous event we produced a high quality event guide, which was distributed to all attendees. It’s all in the Bag We are anticipating in excess of 500 visitors to the event and are preparing 600 visitors bags. If you would like your literature or a giveaway to be included in all bags the cost for exhibitors is £50+VAT or £75 for organisations not exhibiting. We require all materials to be received at the
BFRS office, Leicester by Friday 21st September.
Virtual Career Fair
We have BFRS virtual career fair taking place alongside the BFRS events in 2012. A virtual stand is included in all exhibitor packages. For exhibitors only we have reduced the cost to extend your coverage following the event, the cost is £175 for 2 months or £500 for 12 months. We have a number of stand designs to select.
