This year, more than 500 attendees from the Armed Forces community are expected at the event. With the Ministry of Defence recently having announced 54000+ new redundancies by 2015, these attendees will have a very real interest in finding employment, training and resettlement support.
To achieve the maximum turn out we will be promoting the event to our 14,000+ BFRS members as well as across a huge catchment area of military communities that include Tidworth and Bulford Garrison, Perham down, Shipton Bellinger, Ludgershall, Upavon, Middle Wallop, Netheravon, Larkhill, Amesbury, Warminster, Salisbury, Collingbourne Ducis and Andover.
A stand at the BFRS Virtual Career Fair is also included in all exhibitor packages. This is an online version of the event which is accessible by anyone, anywhere in the world and will provide you with online exposure.
Exhibitors will also be able to communicate with BFRS’s 14,000 members’ community.
Media Attention
Last year’s Tidworth event attracted more than 500 attendees and a guest list of VIPs and dignitaries. This captured the nation’s attention as a BBC outside broadcast team reported on the event for national television. This year we have already confirmed that BFBS Radio (military radio) presenter Shirley Swain will be reporting live from the event.
If you choose to be an event sponsor, you will be at the heart of all media attention.
